摘  要:目的 研究头戴式记录仪在医学操作技能评价中的信度.方法 运用头戴式记录仪对39名学生的外科操作技能考核过程进行录像,3名考官进行现场评分及录像评分,通过比较现场评分及录像评分,得出头戴式记录仪考核的复本信度、评分者信度和重测信度.结果 头戴式记录仪考核的复本信度、评分者信度和重测信度较高.结论 头戴式记录仪运用在临床操作技能评价中的信度较高,能够在不影响考生的情况下,捕捉到考生在技能操作中的细节,是一种可以实现异时异地评分的远程医学考试设备.Objective To study the reliability of wearable recording equipment used in the medical operation skills evaluation.Methods The wearable recording equipment were used to record 39 students' medical operation skill performance in a test,3 examiners give score through watching the video.1 of the 3 examiners does the on-site evaluation as well.Through the comparison of on-site score and video score,to test copy reliability,rater reliability and test-retest reliability of the wearable recording equipment.Results The copy reliability (0.486),rater reliability (0.934 and 0.611) and test-retest reliability (0.918 and 0.903) are high.Conclusions Without the influence on the students,the equipment can capture more details of their performance.With the help of the record,the examiners can evaluate the students in a different time and difference place.
