摘 要:为制备大枣多糖铁口服液制剂,并对其稳定性进行研究,通过超声辅助热水浸提法提取大枣多糖,纯化后与三氯化铁反应合成大枣多糖铁配合物,经除杂过程后得到精制的大枣多糖铁,取2 g溶于80 m L超纯水中,加入0.03%的4-羟基苯甲酸乙酯(羟苯乙酯)作为防腐剂,灭菌即得大枣多糖铁口服液。结果表明,制得的大枣多糖铁口服液稳定性好,简单易得。该制备工艺简单易行,方法可靠,制剂品质稳定。To prepare the jujube polysaccharide iron oral liquid,and to research its stability,the polysaccharide was extracted from the jujube polysaccharide by ultrasonic assisted hot water extraction.After purification,the polysaccharide was used to synthesize the polysaccharide iron complex with ferric chloride.Get the refined jujube polysaccharide iron after impurity removal process,and then 2 g refined jujube polysaccharide iron was taken to dissolve in 80 m L ultrapure water,and 0.03% of ethyl 4-hydroxybenzoate(hydroxyphenethyl) was added as preservative.The Jujube polysaccharide iron oral solution was prepared after the sterilization.Results showed that the jujube polysaccharide iron oral liquid had good stability and was easy to obtain.The preparation process was simple and easy.The method was reliable,and the preparation quality was stable.
