摘 要:为了解决葡萄酒评价过程中的不确定性、模糊性与随机性,引入云模型进行葡萄酒评价,确定某葡萄酒样品的等级。由葡萄酒二级待评价指标的取值范围确定与其对应的标准云模型,将二级指标的打分结果通过逆向云发生器求得与其对应的云模型,对二级指标进行定性定量分析。当待评价指标为不同类型的云模型时,提出综合云模型的计算方法,可对葡萄酒一级指标进行云模型评价。对葡萄酒样品进行云模型评价,评价结果为好。云模型为葡萄酒评价提供一种新方法。In order to solve the uncertainty,fuzziness and randomness of wine evaluation process,cloud model was introduced to evaluate red wine quality,and the level of a red wine sample was determined.The standard cloud models could be achieved according to the data range of the second level indicators to be evaluated of wine,and cloud models could be achieved with the marks of indicators by means of backward cloud generator,then qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation could be done to the second level indicators.The synthetical cloud model algorithm of different type cloud models was put forward,and cloud model evaluation could be done to the first level indicators.The evaluation result of red wine based on cloud model was achieved,and was good.The cloud model provided a new method for wine evaluation.
