摘 要:目的:探讨军队和地方医学生的感官学习风格并分析性别、年级因素的影响,为全面掌握医学生学习风格、科学开展教学工作奠定基础。方法:应用VARK 7.0版本,调查上海市某军队和地方医科大学在校医学生的感官学习风格。结果:(1)军队和地方医学生总体、不同性别、不同年级医学生的学习风格倾向重数、单一学习风格强度均无统计学差异(P〉0.05);(2)军队和地方医学院校男生、不同年级医学生的单一学习风格的分布比较无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。学生总体、女生的单一学习风格分布有差异(χ^2=8.313,23.743;P〈0.05):军校医学生属于运动实践型的较高(41.2%vs36.6%),而地方院校医学生属于视觉型的较高(14.1%vs8.3%);军队和地方医学院校女生的运动实践型和视觉型的比例分别为39.7%vs34.8%,3.2%vs19.9%。结论:军队和地方医学生的感官学习风格相似,差别在于单一学习风格的类型分布上,尤其是女生;相比地方医学生,军校医学生属于运动实践型的较多。Objective:To discuss learning styles of military medical undergraduates and non-military ones,analyze the influencing factors of genders and grades,and lay the foundation for totally mastering learning styles of medical undergraduates and scientifically carrying out teaching work.Methods:Using 7.0 version of VARK,we surveyed the undergraduates on campus of some military medical university and non-military one in Shanghai.Results:(1)It showed no statistical significance among the quantities of learning orientation,the intensity of single learning style of the whole,different genders and different grades between military medical undergraduates and non-military ones(P〈0.05).(2)It showed no statistical significance among the distribution of single learning style of the males and different grades between military medical undergraduates and non-military ones(P〈0.05).It showed statistical significance between the whole and the females(χ^2=8.313,23.743,P=0.05),the percentage of Kinesthetic type in military ones was higher(41.2%vs36.6%),but the percentage of Visual type in non-military ones was higher(14.1%vs8.3%),and the percentages of Kinesthetic and visual type in military medical female undergraduates and nonmilitary ones were respectively 39.7%vs34.8%and 3.2%vs19.9%.Conclusion:The sensory learning styles of military medical undergraduates are similar with those of non-military ones,and the difference is in the distribution of single learning style,especially in the females;compared with non-military ones,the military ones have more Kinesthetic type of learning styles.
