摘  要:通过对高职英语教学现状的调查发现,现行的高职英语教学忽视了学生职业岗位英语应用能力的培养,在教学目标、教学理念、教学内容、教学方法、教师队伍及考核评价等方面都存在问题。针对存在的问题,提出了基于职业岗位导向的高职英语教学改革思路,并探讨了实施以职业岗位为导向的高职英语教学改革途径与策略。Through the investigation of the present situation of English teaching in higher vocational colleges, it is found that the present English teaching neglects the cultivation of students' ability to apply English in vocational posts, and there exist problems in teaching aims, teaching ideas, teaching contents, teaching methods, the teaching team, assessment and and evaluation. In view of the existing problems, the paper puts forward the idea of higher vocational English teaching reform based on professional post orientation, and probes into the ways and strategies of implementing the reform.
