摘  要:为了发挥传统理论授课和新兴的翻转课堂各自优势,本研究在全科医学教学中开展了"三分制"教学模式改革,即理论授课、学生自学、学生自学汇报(翻转课堂)各占三分之一学时的教学模式,并通过问卷调查法评估该模式的教学效果。结果发现,"三分制"教学模式在全科医学教学中应用效果肯定,在提高学生的综合素质上效果特别明显,值得尝试和探索,但也存在不足。各高校需根据自己实际情况,结合专业特点,科学合理地予以创新,打造适合自己的"本土化"、"本专业化"的教学改革模式。With the development of Internet and multimedia information technology, a new type of teaching mode-flipped classroom arises in the domestic universities. However, lack of study on General Practice teaching mode that consider both the advantages of traditional teaching model and flipped classroom. To explore the "Three Points System" Teaching Mode(teacher's lecture, students' self-study and students' self-study report(flipped classroom) account for 1/3, respectively) in general practice teaching, we conducted a questionnaire survey on the teaching effect of "Three Points System" Teaching Mode. We found that "Three Points System" Teaching Mode was approved to most of students, and it is worth trying and exploring in the future.Colleges and universities need to innovate scientifically and rationally according to their realities and professional characteristics, so as to create a teaching reform mode suitable for their localization and professionalization.
