摘　　要：网络思想政治教育是高校思想政治教育工作的新任务、新方向。针对高校思想政治教育新形态,探究网络思想政治教育文化情境创设的价值意蕴,辩证分析文化情境创设过程中起关键作用的动态因子,充分发挥动态因子的积极影响,以"圆、深、顺、特"四字为抓手,积极创设网络思想政治教育文化情境,为网络思想政治教育提供可变范式,从而推进高校学生思想政治教育工作创新发展。Network ideological and political education is a new task and direction of ideological and political education work in colleges and universities. In view of new form of ideological and political education, the paper probes into the value implication in the cultural situation creation of network ideological and political education. It analyzes the dynamic factors that play a key role in the process of cultural situation creation as well as gives full play to the positive influence of dynamic factors.Thereafter, the paper actively creates the cultural situation for network ideological and political education by＂round, deep,comply and special＂, which will provide variable paradigm for network ideological and political education, so as to promote innovative development to the ideological and political education work for student in colleges and universities.
