摘　　要：十九大对高校人才培养提出了新的要求与更高的标准。成立社会主义核心价值观实践基地,以立德树人为根本,以理想信念教育为核心,通过社会主义核心价值观实践基地志愿服务,形成在培育和践行大学生社会主义核心价值中全过程全方位育人。The Nineteenth Congress put forward new requirements and higher standards for personnel training in colleges and universities. The establishment of a socialist core value practice base is based on strengthening moral education, with ideal and faith education as the core, through the socialist core values and practice base volunteer service, forming a full range of educating people in nurturing and practicing the socialist core values of college students.
