摘 要:PBL-LBL是将以学生为主体的PBL教学方法和以教师为主体的LBL传统讲授方式相结合的教学模式。本文通过分析酿酒工艺学的教学现状,探讨在该课程中引入PBL-LBL教学模式的必要性及其在酿酒工艺学课程教学中的实施,同时指出了教学改革中可能会出现的问题,为保证今后课程教学的良好效果提供参考依据。PBL-LBL is a teaching mode that combines student centered PBL teaching method and traditional LBL lecturing mode. By analyzing the present situation of the teaching of brewing technology, this paper discusses the necessity of introducing the PBL-LBL teaching model in the course and its implementation in the course teaching of the brewing technology. It also points out the possible problems in the teaching reform, and provides a reference for the good effect of the course teaching in the future.
