摘  要:第三届全球教师教育峰会以"教育卓越与公平:创新教师的教与学"为主题,来自世界各地的教育工作者和研究者深入探讨了提升教师教学质量和专业发展的途径,以促进教育卓越和公平。分析探讨其思想,呈现出教师教育发展动向:平等合作的共识下,构建不同群体间多方位的协同互惠网络;生命哲学视角下,关注教师的生存状态和生命质量,重视教师综合素养的培育;基于教师专业实践性的属性,革新职前教师培养方式;在教育生态系统的理念下,教师教育体系持续变革;高质量教师保障的需求促使教师及教师教育质量评估机制的推进。The Third Global Teacher Education Summit takes"Envisioning the teaching and learning of teachers for excellence and equity in education"as the theme. The educators and researchers from different parts of the world conducted an in-depth discussion of critical issues,regrading to the enhancement of teachers' teaching quality and professional development,so as to promote educational excellence and equity. Based on the analysis of the ideologies,the development trends of teacher education demonstrated as following: under the consensus of equal cooperation,to construct multi-directional cooperative reciprocal network; beneath the philosophy of life,pay close attention to the living state and quality of teachers' life,as well as the cultivation of their comprehensive literacy; in view of the professional practicality,to renovate the preparation of pre-service teachers; under the concept of educational ecosystem,the system of teacher education reform constantly; the demands of teachers quality assurance promotes the enhancement of teacher and teacher education quality evaluation mechanism.
