摘  要:大学与中小学教师基于合作学习建立的教师学习共同体,以共同发展为目标,以合作学习为载体,通过组织开展各种教学科研活动,形成凝聚人心的共同愿景,促进教师的专业发展。本文从共同体的目标定位、组织特征、建构策略和价值取向等方面阐述了教师学习共同体建设的策略与意义。The teachers' learning community based on cooperative learning between the University and the primary and secondary school teachers, taking common development as the goal, taking cooperative learning as the carrier and carrying out various teaching and scientific research activities through organization, forms a common vision and promotes the professional development of the teachers. This paper expounds the strategy and significance of the construction of teacher learning community from the aspects of community orientation, organizational characteristics, construction strategies and value orientation.
