摘  要:目的建立Qu ECh ERS-气相色谱法(gas chromatography,GC)测定马铃薯中α-萘乙酸甲酯含量的方法。方法样品经0.2%酸性乙腈和Qu ECh ERS盐包提取,旋蒸浓缩后用甲醇溶液复溶,经Qu ECh ERS分散固相萃取试剂盒净化,采用毛细管柱DB-5(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)分离,火焰离子化检测器检测,外标法定量。结果在1~100 mg/L浓度范围内,α-萘乙酸甲酯具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),在0.5、2.5、5.0 mg/kg 3个浓度水平下,回收率范围为91.2%~96.7%,此方法的相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)为0.75%~1.12%,方法检出限为0.05 mg/kg,定量限为0.2 mg/kg。结论此方法简便、快速、准确,可以用于马铃薯中α-萘乙酸甲酯含量的检测。Objective To establish a method for determination of α-naphthaleneacetic acid methyl ester in potatoes by QuEChERS with gas chromatography(GC). Methods Samples were extracted by 0.2% acid acetonitrile and Qu ECHERS salt pack, concentrated by vortex evaporation and reconstituted by methanol, purified by Qu ECh ERS dispersive solid phase extraction kit, separated by capillary column DB-5(30 m×0.25 mm, 0.25 μm), and then detected by flame ionization detector and quantified by external standard method. Results α-naphthaleneacetic acid methyl ester showed a good linearity in the range of 1-100 mg/L(r=0.9998). The average recoveries were 91.2%-96.7% at the spiked levels of 0.5, 2.5, and 5.0 mg/kg with the relative standard deviations(RSDs) of 0.75%-1.12%. The limit of detection was 0.05 mg/kg and the limit of quantitative was 0.2 mg/kg. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and accurate, which is suitable for determination of α-naphthaleneacetic acid methyl ester in potatoes.
