摘　　要：本文是对"上海市英语教育教学研究基地"首席专家束定芳教授的访谈总结。本次访谈的重点落在束教授担任"上海市英语教育教学研究基地"首席专家这一新角色上。在访谈中,束教授重申凝练中国外语教育理论的重要性,提出通过深化课改、化解"减负"难题的思路,表明了在课标指导下自主编写教材的原则,提出在基础教育阶段培养积极的外语学习态度、外语学习和母语学习相互促进发展等最新思考,指明了深化外语课改,以我为主、博采众长、提高认识、实现突破的原则和方向。This paper is a summary of an interview with Professor Shu Dingfang,with its emphasis on his new role as the chief expert of Shanghai Center for Research in English Language Education.In the interview,Professor Shu shared his latest insight into the following five issues:the importance of building up Chinese foreign language pedagogy,solving the problem of lessening students’burden through deepening curriculum reform,course book compiling on our own in the light of Curriculum Standard,developing students’positive attitude at elementary stage,and the relationship between mother tongue learning and foreign language learning.The principles adhered to foreign language curriculum reform are summarized as follows:draw on others’successful experience worldwide and put it into our own practice,further enhance the awareness and achieve breakthroughs.
