摘 要:针对由一个制造商和一个提供售后服务的销售服务集成商构成的产品服务供应链的能力决策问题,建立了制造商和销售服务集成商的主从博弈模型和能力决策函数,分析和比较了分散决策和集中决策下产品服务供应链的最优生产能力和服务能力以及服务水平,设计了一种使供应链实现帕累托改善的成本分摊-收益共享-固定转移支付契约。研究表明,分散决策下的最优生产能力和服务能力以及服务水平都要弱于集中决策,通过成本分摊-收益共享-固定转移支付契约,销售服务集成商的服务水平提高,产品需求增加,制造商的生产能力扩大,供应链的整体利润得到提高。协调参数满足一定条件时,制造商和销售服务集成商能够实现帕累托改善。Focusing on the capacity planning problem within a product service supply chain consisting of a manufacturer and a sales service integrator who provides after-sales service,a Stackelberg model and capacity planning functions were established in this paper.After comparing the optimal productive capacity,service capacity,and service level of product service supply chain under decentralized decisionmaking model with those under centralized decision-making model,a cost-sharing and revenue-sharing contract with fixed transfer payment was designed to realize the Pareto improvement.The result shows that the optimal production capacity,service capacity,and service level in the decentralized decisionmaking model are weaker than those in the centralized decision-making model.The coordination contract designed can help the sales service integrator improve the service level,thus raising the demand of products with the expanded productive capacity of manufacturer,which can increase the overall profit of supply chain.In addition,supply chain members(the manufacturer and the sales service integrator)can realize the Pareto improvement once the contract parameters meet certain condition.
