摘　　要：知识经济时代对生命科学领域尤其是拔尖创新人才的需求不断提高,而国际化培养是拔尖创新人才培养过程中的一个关键环节,对于决定人才培养的效果至关重要。吉林大学生命科学学院通过一系列改革实践,构建了两种拔尖创新人才国际化培养模式,营造了国际化教育环境,探索并实现了多种国际化培养通道,极大地提高了拔尖创新人才的培养质量,目前已取得良好的效果。Followed by the era of knowledge economy, the demand for the qualified scientists of life sciences, especially for the top-notch innovative life science talents is increasing. The internationalization is one of the key links in the process of training top- notch innovative life science talents, which is crucial for determining the effectiveness of personnel training. Through a series of ref- ormations and practices, we has constructed two international training models of top-notch innovative talents, created an internation- alized educational environment, explored and implemented several of channels about internationalized training. These works greatly raised the quality of training for top-notch innovative talents, and has achieved good results till now.
