教育交往促进大学生社会性发展的机制探析

摘　　要：大学生的社会性发展包括社会认知、社会情感和社会适应三个基本的维度,涉及大学生对社会文化的学习、认同和实践,对社会角色的认知、体验和接受。由师生交往和生生交往构成的教育交往在大学生社会性发展中处于重要地位,它是大学生社会性发展的基本途径,对于改善大学生社会认知、培养健康的社会情感以及良好的社会适应能力都有重要作用。要想真正实现教育交往对大学生社会性发展的促进功能,交往双方应是主体间性的关系,交往内容应具有精神情感性,并且应在丰富的社会活动中开展交往。Undergraduates social development, composed of three essential dimensions--social cognition, social emotions, and social adaption, involves undergraduates＇ cognition, experience and adaption on social culture, social roles, and social relations in social life.Educational interaction, insisting of teacher-student interaction and student-student interaction, significantly positioned itself in undergraduates social development , is the inner mechanism and basic approach of undergraduates social development.It shows important influence on improving undergraduates social cognition and cultivating better social emotions and social adaptive ability. This paper employs the research method of secondary literature and probes into the formative and realizable mechanism of educational interaction promoting undergraduates social development.
