大学生创新创业教育对高职院校人才培养的影响探析

摘　　要：随着我国经济的飞速发展，社会需求对于人才培养提出了新的要求。国家连续多年组织开展“互联网＋”大学生创新创业大赛，旨在要求各个高校要加强创新创业型人才的培养。深刻解析了国家开展大学生创新创业大赛的意义，阐述了我院近几年对于大学生创新创业大赛的组织与投入，以及取得的可喜成绩。深入分析了大学生创新创业教育对人才培养产生的影响，对高职院校如何培养出更多的创新创业型人才给出了切实可行的建议。With the rapid development of China＇s economy, social demands putting forward new requirements for talents training. Our country for many years has organized ＂Internet ＋ ＂ college students innovation and entrepreneurship competition with the purpose of colleges and universities strengthening the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial talents. This paper firstly deeply analyzes the significance of the national innovation and entrepreneurship competition for college students, and then expounds the organization and the input and the achievements of the college students＇innovation and entrepreneurship competition in recent years, at the same time,it also analyzes the influence of college students＇innovation and entrepreneurship education on talent training and finally, it gives practical and feasible suggestions on how to cultivate more innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges.
