关于构建中医“经络体质”学说的设想

摘　　要：当前中医体质学研究多是基于对脏腑气血阴阳盛衰虚实的认识,经络理论则认为人体是由经络系统构成的有机整体,经气的盛衰直接决定了机体的健康水平。本课题组前期研究也表明:不同健康水平人群其经络热态学特征有着规律性改变,临床上依据经脉的循行规律对人体经络症候及热态学特征进行归纳分析,判断其为某经经气的变化并指导临床处方选穴就能取得满意的疗效。本课题组在人体经络热态学特征与体质相关性的研究成果基础上,结合长期的临床实践提出了基于经络学理论体系构建"经络体质"理论的假说,即:在先天禀赋和后天获得基础上所形成的人体所有经络经气综合的、相对稳定的特质即为经络学意义上的体质,体质的偏颇表现为相应经络经气状态的偏颇,并采用计算机智能红外图像识别技术初步构建其经络体质热态图特征模型,为临床应用针灸、推拿、贴敷等非药物疗法进行中医体质干预提供理论依据,进一步丰富中医体质学多元化的诊疗体系。Nowadays, the research of TCM constitution is mostly based on the yin and yang, qi and blood of zangfu viscera. In channel theory, it＇s believed that the human body is an organic whole of channel system which interrelates and coordinates together with each other, and the up and down in channel qi directly determines the health of the body. The previous studies have revealed that a characteristic regularity of heating in human channels exist in different health status. The paper have summarized the typical human meridian syndrome and heating characteristics according to law of channel circulation, and achieved satisfactory effects by selecting the related acupoints guided by the variety of channel qi. Therefore, a theoretical model of ‘channel constitution＇ was proposed based on channel theory which mean the comprehensive and relatively stable characteristics of human body, formed both by nature and by nurture. The corresponding status in channel qi varies according to the differences between constitutions. The biased constitutions express as biased channel qi, and characteristic model of hot state graph is established by computer intelligent infrared image recognition technology, which offer theoretical basis for clinical application of acupuncture, tuina and sticking, and further enrich the medical system of TCM.
