摘  要:实施个别化教育是特殊教育发展的大势所趋。在班级授课制背景下如何有效地实施个别化教学?在信息化时代如何丰富个别化教育的内涵?烟台市特殊教育学校围绕个别化教学进行了长达20多年的实践研究,构建了班级授课制背景下的个别化教育模式,提升了视障学生的综合素养,并对多年的个别化教育之路提出思考和认识。The practice of individualized education is the trend of special education. In the context of class-room teaching, how to effectively practice individualized teaching? In the information age, how to enrich the connotations of individualized education? The Yantai Special Education School, based on individualized teaching, has conducted more than 20 years of hands-on research, built a mode of individualized education in the context of classroom teaching, improved visually-impaired students' overall competences, and offered thinking and strategigs.
