摘  要:为探讨大学生手机依赖、人格与学习倦怠三者的关系,并关注人格类型的调节作用,使用大五人格问卷、大学生学习倦怠量表和手机依赖指数中文版量表在大学生中进行问卷调查。结果发现:大五人格各维度得分与手机依赖、学习倦怠得分呈显著相关,手机依赖可以正向预测大学生学习倦怠。大学生人格可分为和谐型、一般型和情绪型,人格类型在手机依赖和学习倦怠的关系中起调节作用,对于和谐型和一般型人格,手机依赖对学习倦怠的预测力要高于情绪型人格的预测力。结论表明,对于不同人格类型的个体,手机依赖对学习倦怠的作用程度不同。This study aims to explore the relationship between college students' mobile phone addiction, personality and learning burnout, as well as the mediating effect of personality, by testing 413 college students in different academic years with the Big-Five Personality Scale, the College Students' teaming Burnout Scale, and the Mobile Phone Addiction Index Scale (Chinese version). The results show the following: There were significant correlations between the Big-Five personality and the college students' mobile phone addiction or learning bumout; their mobile phone addiction helped positively predict their learning burnout; their personality, which could be classified into such three types as the harmonious type, the ordinary type, and the emotional type, could mediate between their mobile phone addiction and learning burnout; as far as the harmonious type and the ordinary type were concerned, their mobile phone addiction had a greater predictive effect on their learning burnout than on the emotional-type personality. The study concludes that the mobile phone addiction from individuals of different personality types affects their learning burnout at different levels.
