课程特点与教学理念的密切结合——《医古文》课程教学的几点思考

摘　　要：[目的]探求基于《医古文》课程特点的教学理论和方法。[方法]通过总结和体会多年来《医古文》课程的教学实践,以《医古文》课程的教学目标为出发点,综合考虑教师"教"和学生"学"的实情,通过对具体案例的分析,提出《医古文》课程的特点以及教学改革上的理论依据。[结果]《医古文》当以文为主,但医的元素同样重要,后者可以成为学生喜爱《医古文》课的最有效抓手。《医古文》课程功用长远,这是由其自身的文科属性所决定的,同时作为中医药专业的一门基础性课程,《医古文》与临床实践也有密切的关系。教学过程中应当注重学生医籍文献阅读思维模式的构建,其结果利于实现学生对中医不同体裁文献的理性把握,是提升学生文献阅读能力的重要路径。[结论]《医古文》是中医药专业的基础课,其兼具医、文两方面的特色,是向中医药类学生传播语言文化、中医药文化、人文精神的重要阵地,教师要结合《医古文》课程特点,进行讲授方法的改革,切实夯实学生的理论基础,让学生形成良好的阅读思维模式。[Objective]To explor teaching theory and methods of ancient medical literature basing on its features. [Methods]The teaching method is based on the teaching practice of ancient medical literature over several years, and the analysis on the specific cases. [Results] The ancient medical literature＇s teaching should stress on literature, but the medical elements are equally important,which is a most efficient method for students＇ studying the ancient medical literature. The course＇s function has the features of long-term property, which is determined by its liberal arts features,the teachers and students agree with the basic roles of ancient medical literature and the interests with clinical practices.The course＇s learning should pay attention to the construction in the thinking mode of medical literatures＇ reading,which can benefit the students＇ rational studying for the different styles of traditional chinese medical literature,is an important way of promoting the student＇s literature reading ability. [Conclusion] Ancient medical literature is a basic subject of the traditional Chinese medicine, has medicine and literature＇s features, and is an important position of disseminating language cultures, Chinese medical cultures and humanities spirits, teachers should reform the teaching methods, strengthen the students＇ theory foundation, and let the students form a good thinking model of reading ancient medical literature.
