摘 要:目的:探讨纳米氧化锌(ZnO)改性硼酸铝晶须(AlBw)对变形链球菌致病基因相对表达量的影响。方法:采用溶胶-凝胶法合成ZnO-AlBw复合材料,以变形链球菌为模型,观察复合材料对其致病基因(gtf B、gtf C、gtf D)的影响,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、激光共聚焦显微镜(LSCM)和实时荧光PCR仪(RTPCR)观察分析其结果表征。结果:ZnO通过物理化学方式改变AlBw表面结构,ZnO-AlBw复合材料可以破坏变形链球菌的胞膜结构,使细菌凋亡,并下调gtf B和gtf C基因,上调gtf D基因。结论:ZnO-AlBw复合材料具有抗菌性能,且影响变形链球菌的基因表达量。Objective: To explore the function of the ZnO-AlBw on virulence genes of Streptococcus mutans. Methods: The relative expression of gtf B、gtf C and gtf D of Streptococcus mutans were affected by ZnO-AlBw which was fabricated via sol-gel method. The results were analyzed by SEM,XRD,LSCM and RT-PCR. Results: The structure of AlBw was changed by ZnO nanoparticles. The Streptococcus mutans cell membrane were destroyed by ZnO-AlBw. The gtf BC genes were down-regulated,and gtf D gene was up-regulated. Conclusion: ZnO-AlBw composites had antibacterial properties. The relative expression of gtf BCD of Streptococcus mutans were influenced by ZnO-AlBw.
