摘  要:基础教育教学获奖成果是西藏基础教育研究的一个缩影。为了解西藏基础教育教学研究的现状,采用文献计量学的方法,对西藏自治区首届基础教育教学获奖成果的地区分布、研究领域、完成主体等情况进行分析。结果表明,近年来西藏基础教育教学研究覆盖面广,但研究力量多集中于城区,农牧区十分薄弱;较多关注幼儿园和中小学课堂教学改革、课程教材建设,特殊教育研究较少,研究方法上注重实证研究;完成主体以团队合作为主,缺少多单位的联合,第一完成人以行政管理人员居多,一线教师较为缺乏。建议加强基础教育经费投入,促进基础教育教学研究公平;加强薄弱学科研究力度;充分发挥各种援藏力量;加强高校、科研院所与中小学的协作交流,提升教师的研究素养,鼓励更多一线教师积极参与教学研究;充分发挥优秀教学研究成果的榜样示范作用。Elementary education and teaching achievement of Tibet is a microcosm of the elementary education re-search in Tibet. In order to understand the present research status of Tibet's elementary education and teaching,an analysis has been done on the regional distribution, research fields, completed tasks, etc., of the rewards byadopting the methods of bibliometrics, and the results show that the elementary education and teaching researchin Tibet has wide coverage in recent years, the research strength is concentrated in urban areas, but it is veryweak in the agricultural and pastoral areas. More attention has been paid to the classroom teaching reform of kin-dergartens, primary and secondary schools, and textbook compilation, but little attention paid to special educa-tion research. And most researches are empirical ones done mainly with the form of team cooperation being lackof multi-department participation. And the persons being in charge of the research projects are mostly adminis-trative staff, but seldom teachers. Thus, in this article some suggestion is made, for instance, to strengthen the in-vestment of education; to ensure the fairness of elementary education and teaching research; to encourage the re-search of weak subjects; to make full use of the various assistance forces, and so on.
