摘 要:学校委托管理是一项改进薄弱学校、促进义务教育均衡发展的改革。通过委托管理的方式,将优质学校管理资源引入薄弱学校,以学校管理的提升为引擎促进整个学校的转变。在此过程中,学校的领导权经历重构,倾向于分布式发展。文章借助分布式领导的视角,再思考学校委托管理改革的实质,认为学校委托管理重建了学校领导的制度保障、重构了学校领导的分工与协作、重塑了学校校长为"领导者的领导者"。School entrustment management is a reform which improves the weak schools and promotes the balanced development of compulsory education. With the form of entrustment management, the management resource of good schools is introduced into weak schools, thus promoting the school management and the change of the whole school. In this process, the leadership of the weak schools has experienced reconstruction, which tends to form distributed development. Under the perspective of distributed leadership, this paper reconsiders the essence of the reform of school entrustment management and believes that sehool entrustment management has reconstructed the security system of school leadership, the division of work and coordination and the image of school president as "the leader of the leaders".
