香砂六君子汤辅助治疗结肠癌术后效果分析

摘　　要：目的：探索及分析结肠癌术后患者采用西医疗法与香砂六君子汤联合治疗的临床效果。方法：收集2014年5月-2016年5月间接收的行腹腔镜结肠癌根治术治疗的80例结肠癌患者，随机分成两组：对照组共有40例，术毕后行化疗与肠内营养联合治疗；观察组共有40例，在接受与对照组相同治疗的同时，加用香砂六君子汤联合治疗。观察两组患者的术后肛门首次排气时间、首次排便时间、住院天数与并发症发生情况，且对治疗前与治疗后两组患者的营养指标、细胞因子及细胞免疫进行检测分析。结果：观察组患者的术后肛门首次排气时间、首次排便时间及住院天数均较对照组显著更短，术后并发症发生率显著更低（P〈0．05）；治疗后两组的体质量、总蛋白、白蛋白及前白蛋白水平均显著下降，其中观察组的降低幅度更小（P〈0．05）；治疗后两组的IgG、IgM、IgA及IL-2等指标水平均较治疗前显著降低，IL-6水平显著上升，其中观察组的变化幅度较对照组更小（P〈0．05）。结论：结肠癌术后采用西医疗法与香砂六君子汤联合治疗有助于促进患者的胃肠功能康复，改善其免疫功能与营养状态，值得临床借鉴。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Western medicine therapy and curative effect of Xiangsha Liu- junzi Decoction combined with the treatment of patients with postoperative colorectal cancer. Methods ： Eighty cases of pa- tients with colon cancer from May 2014--May 2016 who received laparoscopie radical resection of colon cancer, were ran- domly divided into 2 groups ： the control group consisted of 40 cases who were treated with postoperative chemotherapy and enteral nutrition combined treatment; the observation group consisted of 40 cases who additionally received Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction. We observed two groups＇ postoperative anal exhaust time, first defecation time, hospitalization days and incidence of complications, and analyzed nutritional indexes, cytokines and immune cells of the two groups after treatment. Results ： The observation group＇ s postoperative anal exhaust time, first defecation time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those of the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the two groups＇ body weight, total protein, albumin and prealbumin levels were sig- nificantly decreased, and the observation group＇ s amplitud was smaller （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The two groups＇ IgG, IgM, IgA and IL - 2 after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment. The level of IL - 6 increased significantly, and the variation of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Postopera- tive colon cancer using Western medicine therapy and curative effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined treatment can help to promote gastrointestinal function recovery of patients, improve the immune function and nutritional status, worthy of reference.
