摘  要:《国家教育技术标准:学生标准》由美国国际教育技术协会制定,在《美国国家教育技术标准》体系中具有枢纽地位。该文基于《美国国家教育技术标准》发展演变,结合新时代中国特色教育信息化事业的创新发展,对最新版本《国家教育技术标准:学生标准》的内容进行了深入解读,揭示了该标准从早期"学习使用技术"到其后"使用技术学习"再到如今"利用技术变革学习"演进的内在逻辑及其意义,并认为新标准的启示在于:重视信息素养,构建符合国情的学生信息素养评价指标体系和评估模型;倡导创客学习,推行整合知、行、思、创过程的新型学习方式;推进课程改革,实现信息技术与学科课程的深度有效融合,并把其从信息技术与单一学科课程教学的融合推进到信息技术支持下的跨学科课程教学的融合,真正实现信息技术支持下学生学习方式的转变。National Educational Technology Standards for Students was developed by International Society for Technology in Education(ISTE) and has played a pivotal role in the National Educational Technology Standards system. Based on the development of National Educational Technology Standards and the innovative development of educational informatization with Chinese characteristics in the new era, this article thoroughly explores the content of the latest version of National Educational Technology Standards for Students, revealing the inherent logic and significance of the evolution: from the early "learning to use technology" to the "using technology to learn" and then to the recent "transformative learning with technology". The author thinks that the new standard's enlightenment lies in the following aspects: Focusing on information literacy and building a relevant evaluation indicator system and evaluation models; Advocating maker project-based learning, promoting a new learning method featuring the integration of knowledge, practice, thinking and innovation; Promoting curriculum reform to effectively integrate technology into teaching, with the integration extending from single-subject course to interdisciplinary course enhanced by technology, and hereby innovating students' learning methods with the support of technology.
