摘 要:建立联机连帮注射模具型腔的力学模型,采用Moldflow软件对其注射成型过程进行模拟分析,以确定型腔受力,并将其作为刚度和强度分析的输入载荷;运用ANSYS workbench软件分析模具型腔的应力和应变,以优化模具结构。结果表明,该分析方法能够较全面地反映注射模具型腔在成型过程中的受力和变形,为模具设计提供了参考依据。Mechanical model of the injection mold connecting upper was established. The injection molding process was simulated by using software Moldflow in order to determine the force of the mold cavity which was took as the imput load for the stiffness and strength analysis. The stress and strain of the mold cavity were analyzed by using the software ANSYS workbench to optimize the mold structure. The results showed that the analysis method could fully describe the stress and deformation of the injection mold cavity in the molding process,providing a reference for mold design.
