摘 要:为合理分配路网运能,保证港口和内陆腹地间铁路通道顺畅,以上海—西安段铁路运输为研究对象,研究沿海港口和内陆腹地城市间的铁路运输配流问题。基于2005—2015年的运量数据,运用指数平滑法对上海—西安运量进行预测,分析上海—西安铁路运量的发展趋势。结合西安铁路枢纽,以及上海—西安铁路运输网络现状,运用Dial算法对上海—西安运输通道进行合理配流,得出不考虑线路拥堵等问题的配流方式,以平衡运输网络流量,并给出不同线路列车开行数量,可以为港口和腹地城市间多式联运组织提供借鉴。In order to keep the railway network between sea ports and inland areas fully connected through the proper allocation of the railway transport capacity, this paper studies the freight flow allocation by taking the Shanghai-Xi'an Railway as its research object. Based on the previous freight data for 2005—2015, this paper firstly analyzes the predicted freight volumes of Shanghai-Xi'an Railway in the future calculated with the exponential smoothing method. Then, based on the real conditions of the Xi'an Railway Hub and the Shanghai-Xi'an Railway and with the purpose of balancing the freight volumes assigned inside the railway network, this paper proposes a freight volume allocation plan without taking congestion into account, which includes suggestions on the numbers of the trains operating on different railway lines by using the method of Dial Algorithm, as the reference point for multimodal transport organization between ports and inland cities.
