摘 要:为了保证爆破施工不会对埋地输气管道造成不良影响,研究爆破荷载作用对燃气管道的安全判据非常必要。从理论的角度建立瑞利波作用时燃气管道轴向应变、环向应变与爆破振动速度关系的计算方法,从爆破试验回归分析得到爆破振动速度与爆心距的具体函数关系,进而结合管道最大容许应变计算出在已知装药量的条件下爆破施工时的最小安全距离。结果表明:管道轴向应变、环向应变与振速成正比,结合场地条件计算出地下管道最小安全距离为25.3 m,说明国家燃气管道安全管理条例规定燃气管道50 m范围内禁止爆破施工有较大的安全余地。In order to prevent the hazardous influence on the underground pipeline from the blasting construction, it is necessary to study the safety criterion of blasting load on pipeline. The paper establishes the analytic solution to the relationship between the axial and circumferential strain of the gas pipeline and the vibration velocity of blasting with Rayleigh wave theory. The concrete functional relationship between blasting vibration velocity and burst center distance is obtained from the regression analysis of the blasting test, and the maximum allowable strain is calculated as the minimum safety distance for blasting under a known charge. The results show that the axial strain and hoop strain of the pipe are directly proportional to the vibration velocity. The minimum safety distance of the underground pipe is 25.3 m according to the site conditions. It shows that the National Gas Pipeline Safety Management Regulations of blasting construction prohibition within 50 m of gas pipelines has greater safety margin.
