摘  要:目的:研究甘草内生真菌GJZ21活性作用及活性代谢物,旨在深入开发应用该菌株。方法:采用滤纸片法及DPPH法研究甘草内生真菌GJZ21的抑菌活性及抗氧化活性;结合其形态特征观察及18S r DNA序列同源性分析,对该菌株进行鉴定;利用柱色谱法对GJZ21发酵液进行分离。结果:内生真菌GJZ21具有较好的抑菌活性及抗氧化活性,该菌株经鉴定为变色曲霉菌(Aspergillus versicolor);并从该菌发酵液中分离得到甘草素。结论:GJZ21为甘草素产生菌,该菌株可为甘草素成分的生产提供新方法。Objective: To investigate the activites of endophytic fungus named GJZ21 which was isolated from the stem of Glycyrrhiza uralensis,and its secondary metabolites were also studied. Methods: The antimicrobial activity was determinated by paper disc diffusion method and antioxidant activity was measured in terms of DPPH assay. GJZ21 was identified by its morphology characters and the 18 S r DNA sequence homology. The secondary metabolites of endophytic fungus GJZ21 were isolated and purified by column chromatography. Results: Endophytic fungus GJZ21 was identified as Moniliales Verticillium,meanwhile,liquiritigenin was isolated from the fermentation broth of GJZ21 by the silica gel column chromatography. Endophytic fungus GJZ21 had good antibacterial activity and antioxidant activity. Conclusion: GJZ21 is a liquiritigenin producing strain,which provided a new method for development and application of liquiritigenin.
