摘　　要：针对婴幼儿特殊的免疫需求,婴幼儿益生菌食品在人们生活中发挥了越来越重要的作用。本文简要介绍婴幼儿益生菌食品中益生菌的种类、特点、主要功能以及国内外婴幼儿益生菌食品的应用现状、发展前景等,为开展基础研究提供支撑及指导消费者合理选购。Aimed at the special immunization needs of infants and young children, the food of probiotics in infants and young children has played an increasingly important role in people＇s lives. This article briefly introduces the types, characteristics and main functions of probiotics food for infants and young children, as well as the application status and development prospects of probiotics food for infants and young children at home and abroad, so as to provide support for basic research and guide consumers to purchase reasonably.
