终身教育背景下我国高等体育院校非学历教育研究

摘　　要：目前,我国继续教育主要分为学历教育和非学历教育,随着继续教育中学历教育的逐渐萎缩,非学历教育日益发展成为高等体育学院继续教育转型发展的重要方式。运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对我国高等体育院校非学历教育问题进行了深入的研究。目前我国高等体育院校非学历教育的特征:主要由校内的继续教育学院承担,教练员、体育教师、体育相关管理与科研人员为其主要教育对象,学习时间短而实效、考核方式简而灵活、相应的培训合格以及体育职业技能资格证书的获取是其主要特点与发展动力。认为我国高等体育院校对非学历教育尚缺乏深入合理的认识与统一高效的管理制度,高等体育院校需及时转变思想,统一对非学历教育重要性的认识,深化非学历教育管理体制改革,深入探索高等体育院校非学历教育的创新发展,切实为体育专业人才的终身教育提供有效保障。At present,China＇s continuing education is mainly divided into academic education and non-degree education.With the gradual shrinking of academic education in continuing education,the non-degree education has become an important way to continue the education transformation of sports colleges and universities. This paper,using methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaires and mathematical statistics,carries out an in-depth study on the issues of non-degree education in sports colleges and universities. At present,the characteristics of non-degree education in China＇s sports colleges and universities are as follows： The school of continuing education is mainly responsible for the non-degree education.Coaches,physical education teachers,sports related management and research personnel are the main objects of their education. The learning time is short and effective; the examination method is simple and flexible. The corresponding training and the acquisition of qualification certificates for sports professional skills are their main characteristics and development motive force. It is believed that sports colleges and universities in China are still lack of deep and reasonable understanding and unified and efficient management system for non-academic education. Higher sports institutes should change their thoughts in time,realize the importance of non-academic education,deepen the reform of non-diploma education management system,explore the innovation of non-diploma education in sports colleges and universities and provide effective guarantee for lifelong education of sports professionals.
