摘　　要：炎症与肿瘤的形成有着亲密的关联。虽然炎症与肿瘤发生之间机制还不明确,但是炎症微环境对于肿瘤发生是致关重要的。当组织产生炎症反应时,多种炎性细胞被募集到炎症部位,它们可以直接分泌多种细胞因子,参与并构成炎症微环境,通过复杂的调控机制,在肿瘤的发生中发挥重要作用。Inflammation is a strongly association with toumor. It is vital that the inflammatoty microenvironment is a role in tumorigenesis, though the association between iinflammation and tumorigenesis. When tissue produces inflammatory response,A variety of inflammatory cells are recruited to the inflammatory site. Then they release amount of cytokines and is formation of the inflammatoty microenvironment,in turn,play a important role in the developmentof tumor through the complex regulatory mechanism.
