摘 要:半物理仿真是指在仿真实验系统的回路中接入部分实物的实时仿真,可以大大缩短开发周期,降低开发费用。本文阐述了半物理仿真技术基本概念和特点,归纳其在我国国防和民用工业领域,以及在国外控制、军事、制造等领域的应用现状,总结其应用对象,分析该技术的发展趋势,预测了半物理仿真技术未来的研究方向和应用领域。半物理仿真技术将在现代工业领域有着深入应用,朝着高智能化和综合化发展,并将在中国制造智能转型升级的过程中发挥出更大的积极作用。Hardware-in-the-loop simulation refers to the real-time simulation of the hardware in the loop of the simulation experiment system. It can greatly shorten the development cycle and reduce the costs. The basic concept and characteristics of hardware in the loop simulation are introduced,the application fields of China's defense industry and civil industry and the current application in foreign control,military,manufacturing and other fields are generalized,the application object is summarized,the development trend of the technology is analyzed,and the future research direction and application field of hardware-in-the-loop simulation is forecased. The hardware-in-the-loop simulation can be applied to modern industrial field deeply,which is developing towards high intelligent and comprehensive objectives and plays a greater positive role in the process of intelligent transformation of Chinese manufacturing.
