摘  要:推进普通本科高校向应用型高校定位转型,高校中层干部的办学定位认知水平起着重要作用。研究运用访谈法对某地方高校中层干部办学定位认知水平进行调查,发现高校中层干部存在核心理念被现实性、物质性遮蔽的现象。通过分析研究修订完善了推进应用型高校建设的"理念实践成效三要素交织循环螺旋式上升"理论,提出三个纠偏对策,以及进一步开展深入研究的思考。The cognitive level of management orientation of the middle-level cadres plays an important role in promoting the transformation of ordinary undergraduate colleges to application-oriented institutions. However, there is no special research on the cognition of middle-level cadres' orientation of running schools. This paper uses the interview method to research the cognitive level of the middle-level cadres" management orientation, taking a local college as a case study. The result shows that the core idea of the middle-level cadres is easily or often obscured by reality and matter. This survey revises and improves my own understanding on the theory about promoting the construction of application-oriented colleges, which is "the interwoven and spiral upward of the three elements of ideological, practical and results". Based on this, the paper proposes three countermeasures to correct the deviation and then carries out further research.
