摘 要:基础教育阶段,家长会是沟通学生家庭德育和学校德育的桥梁,是联接显性德育和隐性德育的纽带,对学生家校德育合力的发挥起着重要的支点作用。然而,传统家长会存在"唯分是举""主体错位"和"准备不足"等问题,严重影响了学生家校德育合力的发挥。针对这些问题,班主任及科任老师可以通过"以德为先、德智并举"、"构建平等、多元对话",以及"关注个体,推陈出新"等策略优化家长会召开前、中、后各个环节,更好地发挥家长会对学生家校德育合力的支点作用。In primary and secondary education, a parent-teacher conference serves as a pivot in connecting family and school moral education. However, the role of a parent-teacher conference has not been fully played due to problems of examorientedness, little parental participation and poor preparation of the head teacher. To solve the problems above, teachers, when hosting a parent-teacher conference, are supposed to focus more on moral education, establish a democratic parent-teacher relationship and give top priority to individual development.
