摘 要:幼儿园教师资格准入制度对于提升幼儿园师资队伍素质、保障儿童权益等均具有十分重要的意义。通过对当前我国幼儿园教师资格准入政策的审视发现,存在尚未建立统一的准入标准、资格准入门槛低、资格准入内容结构不合理、资格证书激励和约束作用不强等问题。建议制定科学、合理的幼儿园教师资格准入标准,政策制定中加强具有强制性的政策工具力度,健全幼儿园教师资格准入监管机制,提升幼儿园教师资格认证专业化水平。The qualification admission system for kindergarten teachers is of great significance for improving the quality of kin- dergarten teachers and safeguarding children's fights and interests. Reviewing current kindergarten teachers qualification admis- sion policies indicates that there are still some problems existing in this field, such as the lack of a unified admission standard, low entry qualification threshold, unreasonable content structure of certification, and weak incentive for qualification certificatiom. It is recommended that standards should be established for kindergarten teachers qualification admission; policy development should be strengthened with mandatory policy instruments; the monitoring mechanism for teachers qualification admission should be improved, and the level of certification specialization should be raised.
