摘　　要：建设现代职业教育制度是实现教育现代化、建设社会主义强国的必然要求。然而在现实中,现代职业教育制度的建设还缺乏对生命的关怀、对个性的培养、对人的全面发展的关照。事实上,人不但是制度建设的主体,更是制度设计的核心、制度建设的目的。现代职业教育体系制度建设的基本目的在于促进职业人的人格、能力与生涯发展。为此,在建设现代职业教育体系制度的过程中,需要肯定人的价值和尊严、满足人的发展需求、保障人的发展自由、完善促进人们发展的机制。The construction of a modern vocational education system is an inevitable requirement for realizing the modernization of education and building a powerful socialist country. However, in reality, there is a big problem in the construction of modern vocational education system with lack of care for life, the cultivation of personality, and the overall development of human beings. But in fact, the construction of modern vocational education system system can not be separated from the ＂man＂. People are not only the main body of the system construction, but also the core of the system design and the purpose of the system construction. The basic purpose of the system construction of modern vocational education system is to promote the personality, ability and career development of the professional people. Therefore, in the process of building modern vocational education system, we need to fully affirm the value and dignity of human beings, try to meet people＇s development needs, protect human development freedom and improve the mechanism of promoting people＇s development.
