摘  要:职业继续教育与培训是现代职业教育体系建设的重要内容之一。欧盟一直非常重视职业继续教育与培训中的WBL,认为这种学习方式有机整合了知识与行动,实现了知识的转换,从而很大程度上提升了成人学习的有效性与积极性。因此,无论是从政策层面还是创新实践方面,都已经取得了丰富的成果。值得我国关注的有:持续的政策激励与组合式的保障,灵活多样的实施方式与聚焦全技能、健全的经验认证机制、需求导向的定制化终身化服务四个方面。The continuing vocational education and training (CVET) is one of the essential tasks of constructing modern vocational education and training system. European Union (EU) has been putting great emphasis on work-based learning (WBL) in CVET and achieved a lot in reforming policies as well as innovating practices. It is considered in EU that WBL is an effective pathway to integrate knowledge and action, to realize the knowledge transition, and more adaptable to motivate adults. EU has supported WBL in CVET in many aspects including policies, investment, and resources. There are three types of policies and five innovative practices among the member countries. These policies and practices are inspiring to China in four aspects: consistent policy supporting and series policies; multiple pathways and focus on whole skills; accreditation of prior experience system; and customized lifelong training service.
