摘 要:"自我概念"(Self-Concept)是舒伯理论中的核心概念。所谓"自我概念",就是指个人对自己的兴趣、能力、价值观及人格特征等方面的认识和主观评价。[1]职业生涯规划既然是辅导员对自我价值的认定,就要满足对自身各个要素的主观评价。本文对高校辅导员职业生涯规划的现状进行分析,在舒伯"自我概念"发展理论的启示下,提出了高校辅导员职业生涯五个发展阶段的观点。Self concept(Self-Concept) is the core concept of Schwark theory. The so-called "self concept" refers to[1]personal understanding and subjective evaluation of his interests, abilities, values and personality traits. Since career planning is the identification of self-worth by counselors, it is necessary to satisfy the subjective evaluation of each factor. This paper analyzes the present situation of career planning for college counselors. Under the Enlightenment of Schwark's "self concept" development theory, this paper puts forward the five developmental stages of college counselors' career.
