摘  要:为提高输电线路中绝缘子缺陷的检测效率,避免人工检测过程中的漏检、误检等现象,将无人机与计算机图像处理技术应用于绝缘子涂层缺陷检测中。通过搭载摄像机的无人机对高空中的绝缘子进行图像采集,采用中值滤波对采集图像进行平滑处理,利用Canny算子检测图像边缘,从而实现对绝缘子涂层缺陷的检测。相对于传统的绝缘子检测工艺,该方法不仅能够提高图像检测精度,且提高了工作人员的安全系数。To improve the efficiency of insulator defect testing of transmission line, as well as to avoid the omission and mistake testing in the process, UAV and computer image processing technology are applied to the detection of insulator coating defects,and the aerial insulators in the sky are image-captured by a drone equipped with ca camera. The median filtering is adopted to collect the image smooth processing, and Canny operator is used to detect image edge, so as to realize the detection of the insulator coating defects. Compared with the traditional insulator detecting technology, this method can not only improve the image accuracy, but also improve staff's safety factors.
