摘  要:目的:对比PBL与LBL在眼科见习教学中的授课效果。方法:选择广西中医药大学2012级五年制临床医学本科专业学生72人,分成观察组和对照组,各36人,在眼科见习中分别接受PBL教学和LBL教学方法授课,见习结束后进行授课评价。结果:观察组在学习兴趣、学习热情程度、教学满意度、考试成绩等授课评价指标均好于对照组,两组在以上各方面的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学法较LBL教学方法更能提高学生学习的兴趣和热情,学习效果更好,值得在医学教学改革中积极推广。Objective: to compare the teaching effect of PBL and LBL in ophthalmic practice teaching. Methods 72 students of grade 2012 and five years of clinical medicine in Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine were selected. They were divided into observation group and control group, 36 people in each group. In the ophthalmology probation, PBL teaching and LBL teaching methods were given respectively. After the end of the probation, the teaching evaluation was carried out. Results the evaluation indexes of the observation group were better than the control group in the study interest, the degree of enthusiasm of learning, the satisfaction of teaching and the examination results, and the dif- ferences in the two groups were statistically significant (p 〈 0.05). Conclusion compared with LBL teaching method, PBL teaching method can improve students' interest and enthusiasm in learning, and has better learning effect. It is worth promoting in medical teaching reform.
