摘 要:针对目前临床检验学生在实习阶段中出现的理论与实践脱节、岗位胜任能力差、缺乏学习兴趣、解决和分析问题的能力不足等现象。同时结合日新月异的网络社交平台与教学模式的改革,不断总结近年来用人单位、带教老师、实习同学的建议与意见,构建了一种提高医学检验实习生能力,集导师制-网络-组会(Tutor-Network-Seminar,TNS)模式为一体的新型实习教学方法。该模式应用于医学检验实习教学中,学生能在有限的实习时间内,充分利用各种途径和方式,丰富学习资源,拓宽知识面,尤其是将其内容纳入实习出科成绩形成性评价,使学生变被动转为主动学习,保证了此培养方案的正常运行,从而为将来胜任临床检验工作奠定了良好的基础。In view of the phenomenon that students are disconnected from practice, such as disconnection between theory and practice, poor job competency, lack of interest in learning, and ability to solve and analyze problems. At the same time, combined with the reform of the internet social networking platform and teaching mode, constantly summarizing the suggestions and opinions of employers, teachers, and interns in recent years, a new practice teaching method was built to improve the ability of medical laboratory interns and tutorial system network group Tutor-Network-Seminar(TNS) mode was set up. The model is used in the laboratory medicine practice teaching, students can practice in the limited time, make full use of various ways and means, abundant learning resources, broaden their knowledge, especially the content into practice of grades of formative assessment, students change from passive to active learning, to ensure the normal operation of the training program, which can lay a good foundation for the future work for clinical inspection.
