互联网时代肿瘤学研究生的培养模式思考

摘　　要：肿瘤学研究生的培养涉及知识面广、专业性强,在知识的摄取过程中要加强创新能力、临床科研能力、基础科研能力以及人文素养等方面素质的培养。研究生整体素养的提高不仅关乎着人民群众的健康水平和生活质量,也是肿瘤医学发展的必然要求。文章通过分析目前我国肿瘤学研究生培养模式存在的不足,从课程设置、教学方法、研究生综合素质的提高等方面探讨如何培养具有国际视野、高素质、复合型高级医学人才的教学模式。Training of oncology graduate students involves a wide range of knowledge,high specialization,and stressed cultivation of the abilities of innovation,clinical research and basic research and humanistic quality in the process of knowledge acquirement. The overall accomplishment of graduate students is not only related to the health level and living standard of the people but also the inevitable requirement of the development of oncology. With an analysis of the existing inadequacies in the training mode for oncology graduates in China,this paper explores a training mode to cultivate compound high-level medical talents with an international horizon and overall accomplishment based on the curriculum setting,teaching methods and improvement of the comprehensive qualities of the graduate students.
