高职学生心理危机和防范措施研究——以沈阳职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：各式各样的心理问题不仅困扰着成年人,同时也开始在青少年中凸显,高校学生的心理健康状况不容乐观。为维护校园的稳定与和谐,让家长们放心,让莘莘学子健康成长,有效的心理危机防范和快速反应措施必不可少。基于此,从研究高职学生的心理特点出发,阐述心理危机的类型和表现形式,以沈阳职业技术学院为例,辅之以真实情况,系统分析和阐释该校学生心理危机防范措施与快速反应机制的建立健全。Various psychological problems not only plague adults, but also become prominent among adolescents, and the mental health of college students is not optimistic. In order to maintain stability and harmony of the campus, effective psychological crisis prevention and rapid response measures are indispensable to guarantee the healthy growth of students. Based on the psychological characteristics of higher vocational students, it elaborates the types and forms of psychological crisis.Taking Shenyang Polytechnic College as an example, it systematically analyzes and illustrates the establishment and perfection of students＇ psychological crisis prevention measures and rapid response mechanism.
