通识教育理念下高校《法学通论》课程的实践与探索

摘　　要：通识教育是培养德、智、体、美等方面全面发展的人的教育。法学通识教育实现的载体是法学通识教育课程体系。国内法学通论课程在教育教学中还存在课程内容与课时设置不尽合理、课程内容与其他课程衔接不当、专业课与通识课区别不大、课程管理水平有待于提高等问题。因此,加强法学通论通识教育,需要提高对通识教育本质的认识,构建合理、科学的法学通论课程内容,采用有效的教学方法,培育优秀的通识教育教师队伍,以使法学通论课程教学达到通识教育的目的。Genenral education is the edu cation for cultivating the people＇s all aspects development of the virtue, wisdom, body and arts.The vehicle for realizing the legal genenral education is the legal general education course system.There are many shortcomings still existed in the internal teaching on the general jurisprudence curriculum, such as the course content and the class period unreasonably, the course content and the other courses non-connectively, the major course and the general course similarly, and the course administration level needing to be improved.Therefore, strengthening the general education of general jurisprudence, need recognize the nature of the general educaton increasingly, establish the reasonable and scientific course conten of the general jurisprudence, take the effective teaching method, and cultivate the excellent general jurisprudence teaching teams in order to make the general jurisprudence class teaching achieve the goals on the general education.
