摘　　要：介绍驱动电机系统振动测试标准、方法和测试流程,分析电机系统振动失效模式。以某混合动力驱动电机系统为研究对象,进行随机振动测试验证。对测试结果和影响因素进行分析,提出了夹具设计原则、产品改进建议;并将试验条件和整车道路振动数据进行比较,提出今后标准和测试方法的研究方向。In this article, vibration test standards, methods and procedures of the drive motor system are introduced. The vibration failure mode is analyzed. Then the verification test on a hybrid drive motor system is conducted. Test results and influencing factors are analyzed, and then design principles of fixture and product improvement suggestions are put forward. After comparing experimental conditions and vehicle road vibration data, potential research directions of the standard and test methods are proposed.
