生源危机下高职院校招生宣传对策研究——常州信息职业技术学院新生调查问卷分析

摘　　要：随着高考报名人数的持续减少,生源危机导致高校招生难将成为常态。而作为一所高职院校,面临的压力是前所未有的。高职院校处于夹层地位,上有本科院校争夺资源,下有民办院校虎视眈眈,如何在有限的生源下分一杯羹,是高职院校可持续发展的基础性工作。在所有的应对策略中,招生宣传工作最不容忽视。本文结合常州信息职业技术学院2017级新生问卷调查,就问卷调查结果做出了统计分析,并就如何做好招生宣传工作,提出了一些建议。With the continuous decrease in the number of students taking college entrance examination, the crisis of student sources will make it difficult to recruit college students. As a higher vocational college, the pressure is unprecedented. Higher vocational colleges are in an awkward position between undergraduate colleges and private colleges, so how to recruit a limited number of students is a fundamental task for them. In all coping strategies, recruitment publicity should not be neglected. Combined with the questionnaire survey on the Grade 2017 freshmen of Changzhou College of Information Technology, this paper makes a statistical analysis on it, and puts forward some suggestions on how to well carry out recruitment publicity.
