自我关注对贵州基层公务员身高满意度的影响

摘　　要：本文在分析了已有的自我关注与身高满意度相关领域的研究基础上,提出自我关注对贵州省基层公务员的身高满意度有显著负性影响。研究以44名贵州省安顺市基层公务员为被试,采用混合实验设计,旨在探究贵州省基层公务员的身高满意度现状及自我关注对其身高满意度的影响。结果发现,贵州省基层公务员的身高满意度较低,且自我关注可显著降低其身高满意度。The present study proposed the negative effect of self-focus on height satisfaction of grass-roots civil servants based on studies which belonged to self-focus and height satisfaction field. The present study chose 44 grass-roots civil servants of Anshun City as participants, aiming to investigate the effect of self-focus on height satisfaction. Analyses indicated that the level of height satisfaction of grass-roots civil servants in Anshun City was low, and the effect of self-focus on height satisfaction of grass-roots civil servants was negative.
