皖北地方高校曾留守大学生就业观特点及其分析

摘　　要：基于对皖北高校800名大学生就业观进行问卷调查,调查结果发现,有留守经历的大学生更倾向于选择大城市就业,更愿意吃苦,对薪酬的期望值更高。但缺乏对于就业的正确认识,缺乏家庭的教育支持。同时从个人、家庭及学校等方面进行因素分析,并就如何帮助曾留守大学生树立科学的就业观提出指导建议。Based on the survey study of 800 undergraduates from the universities from the northern of Anhui Province via questionnaire, it is found that the undergraduates with the left-behind experience tend to choose big cities for employment, be willing to bear hardships, and expect higher salary. The main reason is lack of proper employment attitude and family support.There are analysis of factors from the aspects of individuals, families and universities. Meanwhile, more concern and more guidance on employment should be adopted.
